Recover Addy Free

The Addy Free 30-Day Recovery Program

If you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired from ADHD medication that once worked for you but is now hurting you, you’re in the right place.

I created the Addy Free 30-Day Recovery Program to help you break the cycle of stimulant dependency and build a life you’re proud of. Together, we’ll work to rewire your habits, reinforce your identity, and restore your energy without the drug.

Why 30 Days?

But if you're feeling alone in your dependency—trapped in the belief that you can’t live without the medication—those first 30 days can feel impossible to face alone.

That’s where I come in.

You don’t need a one-time breakthrough or a few check-ins a week. You need consistent, weekday support—5 days a week with rest days in between—from someone who’s been there and knows how to guide you through it. Support, motivation, and understanding—every step of the way.

What This Program Is All About

This isn’t just about quitting Addy. It’s about becoming the version of you who no longer needs it.

Over the course of 30 days, you’ll:

  • Build structure, discipline, and confidence in your daily life

  • Strengthen your ability to navigate cravings and triggers effectively

  • Uncover your new values

  • Create healthy habits that support long-term recovery

  • Feel seen, supported, and empowered every single day

  • Be held accountable—with love and integrity

Our goal by the end is to help you strengthen your inner advocate so you no longer rely on external sources to feel whole.

What To Expect

Mental Health Coach Add-On

For clients seeking deeper healing alongside their recovery, I offer the option to work with Ken, the therapist and mental health coach I personally worked with during rehab. While we’re both certified life coaches, Ken specializes in the mental health side of addiction, helping you uncover the root causes behind stimulant use.

Ken’s Role – Mental Health Coach (Past-Focused)

  • Helps you process trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, and emotional patterns

  • Works within a clinical framework and can address mental health conditions

  • Guides you in understanding why your addiction started and how to heal from it

My Role – Life Coach (Future-Focused)

  • Helps you build daily structure, routines, and confidence

  • Provides accountability and motivation for staying Addy Free

  • Focuses on who you're becoming, not just what you're healing from

Think of Ken as the archaeologist, uncovering the parts of you that turned to Addy for safety—
and me as the architect, helping you build the life you want to live without it.

Together, we offer a full-spectrum support system—so you can heal deeply and move forward with clarity and strength.

Why Accountability Matters

When I went to rehab, the only reason I stayed was because I had $30,000 on the line. That “skin in the game” saved my life.

This program mirrors that approach with small, meaningful financial commitments—not to punish, but to keep you anchored in your recovery.

My Credentials

Day 1 of Rehab

1 Year Addy Free

I’m a Certified Life Coach with a deep focus on stimulant recovery. I built this program out of my own personal journey—after a 10-year dependency on Adderall, rehab, and a total life transformation. I know the pain, I know the fear, and I know what it takes to break free.

You’re not just hiring a coach—you’re partnering with someone who gets it.

You’re Not Alone Anymore

Recovery won’t be perfect, but it will be supported. I promise to walk with you, every step of the way, toward the version of you that doesn’t need Addy to survive, succeed, or feel safe.

If you're ready, I’m ready.
