Live Addy Free
I can Relate
Hi, I’m Janet. After 10 years of dependence on stimulants, I became Adderall Free (Addy Free) on July 17th, 2021, and haven’t looked back since.
Now, I’m a certified Life Coach specializing in helping people free themselves from these drugs.
I spent years struggling alone, and I know what it feels like to need a resource and community that aren’t there.
If that sounds like you, please reach out to me. I’m taking new 1-on-1 clients and would love to provide you with the resources, support, and community I wish I had on my own journey.

Addy Free Success Story
“After seven years of consistent vyvanse abuse, I felt lost and afraid of how to function as my true self. I knew withdrawal would be challenging, but I wasn’t sure if rehab or a formal treatment program was right for me. By a stroke of luck, I came across Janet’s Addy Free podcast and weekly community meetings—and it changed everything.
I decided to enroll in Janet’s 30-day Addy Free program and was immediately impressed by the care, structure, and consistency she brought to the process. Her firm yet compassionate guidelines created a sense of routine that became the foundation for a recovery I could believe in. Janet’s professionalism, clear boundaries, and unwavering support created a safe space where I could begin to heal.
What touched me most was her daily commitment—calling me at the same time every day to help set my intentions and stay grounded in the journey. Today, I’m 75 days vyvanse-free, and I credit Janet’s guidance for helping me get here. Even though I’m still early in recovery, I feel like I’ve gained real tools and coping mechanisms to keep going. I’m proud to celebrate Janet on her four-year AddyFreeiversary, and I hope one day I’ll be able to pay it forward to others who are suffering, just as she did for me."
